Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Our return policy allows you a 14-day window from the date of receipt to make a return. To be eligible, please ensure that the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for your purchase. Classes are non-refundable, please see below for full details.
Returns
To return your order please visit us in-store at 76D High Street, Lyndhurst,
S043 7BB or contract us at candlesoftheoforest@gmail.com. Please note that we do not currently provide free return labels—return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke Products
All bespoke products are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item in the post, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
Order Ammendments and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at candlesoftheforest@gmail.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
If your order is lost or damaged during in the post, please contact us amd we will make arrangements to reship your order. For information on cancelling a class, please see full details below.
Class Cancellations & Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, notice must be provided to us no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. You will be able to reschedule the booking to another available date. If notice is not given within 48 hours or if the participant fails to attend the class, the full class fee will be charged. A change in the class date may be requested with notice given no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate change requests, we cannot guarantee dates due to the limited availability of our small studio. In the event that a change cannot be accommodated, the original workshop date will be honoured and follow our standard cancellation policy as detailed above. You are welcome to pass on tickets if you are unable to attend. Any changes of names to the bookings are kindly requested to candlesoftheforest@gmail.com.
If you anticipate being late, promptly contact us using the number provided on your receipt. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will try our best to accommodate late arrivals, please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class, and no refund will be given
